Strategic Development Program Trainee

Responsibilities

• Progress through a 5-phased program covering warehouse logistics, operations, inside sales, and outside sales
• Learn product lines and vendor-to-customer supply chain processes
• Engage in customer service, order management, inventory, and pricing controls
• Manage large-scale projects and assist with project management tasks
• Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build customer and vendor relationships
• Determine an ideal career path following completion of training phases

Requirements

• College and/or University degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting
• Positive, results-oriented mindset with a desire to learn
