About the role
Responsibilities
- Progress through a 5-phased program covering warehouse logistics, operations, inside sales, and outside sales
- Learn product lines and vendor-to-customer supply chain processes
- Engage in customer service, order management, inventory, and pricing controls
- Manage large-scale projects and assist with project management tasks
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build customer and vendor relationships
- Determine an ideal career path following completion of training phases
Requirements
- College and/or University degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting
- Positive, results-oriented mindset with a desire to learn
