Strategic Development Program Trainee

Responsibilities

• Progress through a 4-phased program covering shipping, receiving, sales, operations, purchasing, and account management
• Phase 1: Focus on warehousing procedures, shipping and receiving, and counter support
• Phase 2: Focus on customer problem solving, relationship building, and procurement
• Phase 3: Focus on business development, proactive sales, and expanding the customer base
• Phase 4: Focus on developing leadership competencies, coaching, mentoring, and strategy

Requirements

• College and/or University degree
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting

• Desire to continuously learn and grow
• High standard of integrity and strong work ethic
