Responsibilities

• Phase 1: Warehouse logistics, learning products, and shipping/receiving processes
• Phase 2: Operations including customer service, counter sales, order management, and inventory control
• Phase 3: Inside sales and project management, assisting customers and managing large-scale projects
• Phase 4: Customer management and supply chain, including finding new sales outlets, negotiating, and contract analysis
• Phase 5: Career path development based on learned skills and preferences

Requirements

• College or university diploma
• Positive, results-oriented attitude
• Strong desire to learn and progress continuously
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• High standards of integrity and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Openness to manual labor during the first two phases

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or knowledge of plumbing and construction products
