Strategic Designer

Responsibilities

• Frame complex problems and convert them into strategic design opportunities
• Translate insights from people, business, and environment into solid value propositions
• Design product, service, and experience strategies that are viable, scalable, and sustainable
• Translate visions into actionable roadmaps ensuring coherence between ambition and execution
• Integrate social and environmental impact as a structural variable of design
• Lead complex projects from start to finish, ensuring clarity and strategic focus
• Establish direct relationships with clients to facilitate decision-making
• Present and defend proposals with rigor and narrative
• Mentor junior profiles and strengthen internal capabilities

Requirements

• 5+ years leading transformation, innovation, or strategic design projects
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships
• Practical knowledge of service design, design thinking, systems thinking, and design futures
• Experience with regenerative and circular design approaches
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and generate actionable synthesis
• Excellent narrative and visual communication skills
