Strategic Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic integration projects for key merchants
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for API and payment integrations
• Coordinate between Engineering, Product, Compliance, Tax, Commercial teams, and Merchants
• Work with Solution Architects to coordinate API specifications, SDKs, and testing
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers while leading governance ceremonies
• Coordinate go-live readiness and partner with Technical Account Managers for post-launch success
• Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and enhanced implementation playbooks
• Provide regular portfolio updates and executive-level reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex technical integration or product delivery projects
• Experience in fast-paced technology, fintech, SaaS, or payments environments
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Technical understanding of APIs, SDKs, and system integrations
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or e-commerce
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies
• Experience with enterprise or global merchants in complex implementations
• Knowledge of payment APIs or cross-border payments
• PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications
