Strategic Deals Leader

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand access to compute, infrastructure, and emerging AI technologies
• Evaluate strategic opportunities across hardware platforms, cloud providers, and infrastructure partners
• Partner with engineering teams to translate workload requirements into long-term compute strategies
• Assess build-versus-buy tradeoffs for infrastructure and capacity decisions
• Build and manage relationships with hardware vendors, hyperscalers, and data center operators
• Evaluate new infrastructure technologies and architectures to inform deployment decisions
• Support commercial discussions and strategic partnerships to improve infrastructure flexibility and resilience
• Monitor market and competitive developments across the AI infrastructure landscape

Requirements

• Experience in AI infrastructure, cloud computing, semiconductors, data centers, or distributed systems
• Strong understanding of compute infrastructure, accelerator technologies, and infrastructure economics
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies and developing long-term ecosystem strategies
• Ability to translate complex engineering concepts into strategic business recommendations
• Experience building partnerships and influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills in ambiguous environments
• Effective communication skills for both technical and executive audiences
