About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide white-glove post-land support for strategic accounts across glass and architectural aluminum business units
  • Proactively track and communicate delivery schedules for glass, metal, and hardware to ensure timely arrival
  • Act as the single point of contact for high-value strategic dealers to build deep relationships
  • Resolve customer issues directly and track all interactions within the CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Estimating, Project Management, Engineering, and Operations
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling to drive revenue growth
  • Partner with Strategic Sales representatives to facilitate seamless hand-offs during contract renewals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in high-touch customer service, project management, or sales
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience managing a portfolio of multiple complex accounts simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the glass and glazing industry, commercial construction, or building products sector
