About the role
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of 20-25 Strategic and Key Enterprise customers representing $8M-$10M in ARR
- Build trusted partnerships with executive sponsors and technical stakeholders
- Drive adoption, retention, and long-term growth to maximize customer investment value
- Lead Executive Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies and uncover expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to represent the voice of the customer
- Travel to customer sites to facilitate executive meetings and support business initiatives
Requirements
- 10-12+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Enterprise Consulting
- Proven track record managing strategic enterprise SaaS portfolios
- Ability to build relationships with C-suite executives (CIOs, CTOs)
- Strong commercial acumen regarding renewals and growth strategies
- Experience leading Executive Business Reviews
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
