About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of 20-25 Strategic and Key Enterprise customers representing $8M-$10M in ARR
  • Build trusted partnerships with executive sponsors and technical stakeholders
  • Drive adoption, retention, and long-term growth to maximize customer investment value
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies and uncover expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to represent the voice of the customer
  • Travel to customer sites to facilitate executive meetings and support business initiatives

Requirements

  • 10-12+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Enterprise Consulting
  • Proven track record managing strategic enterprise SaaS portfolios
  • Ability to build relationships with C-suite executives (CIOs, CTOs)
  • Strong commercial acumen regarding renewals and growth strategies
  • Experience leading Executive Business Reviews
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
