About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional programs to achieve end-to-end product cost targets, partnering with Product, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering.
  • Perform product cost and business analytics to identify trends and generate data-driven insights.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to guide decision-making and improve execution outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, including reporting structures and risk management protocols.
  • Define and drive standardization, simplification, and automation across program workflows.
  • Execute communication strategies to ensure transparency and alignment across all stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience (10-15 years preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading strategic, cross-functional programs and PMO governance.
  • Strong command of project management methodologies and process design.
  • Proficiency with business analytics tools and dashboarding/reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead through influence.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (MBA or relevant technical field).
  • Prior product knowledge within the industry.
