About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end planning and delivery for top-down communication rhythms to drive clarity and engagement.
- Partner with Senior Leaders to craft and package key messages into audience-ready narratives.
- Support and design international site visits for leaders, including agenda crafting and leader briefs.
- Curate and tailor company-wide announcements for the Customer Experience Group to ensure frontline relevance.
- Translate business initiatives into clear communication objectives, defining necessary actions and outcomes.
- Measure communication effectiveness using data to continuously improve content, channel mix, and formats.
- Improve communication assets and routines, such as templates and playbooks, to scale impact.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in project management or coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholders.
- Proven experience in internal or strategic communications and executing engagement programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to brief and coach senior leaders.
- Excellent written and spoken English, capable of crafting executive-level messaging.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret engagement data for evidence-based improvements.
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with operations, customer service teams, or in multicultural environments.
- Proficiency in Rise Articulate and Canva.
