About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the definitive subject matter expert on ModernFi's market positioning, product capabilities, and operational processes
- Partner with Account Executives during the pre-sale process to articulate technical value propositions
- Work closely with Regional Directors post-sale to ensure clients achieve strategic objectives
- Drive technical implementation success through proper configuration and integration
- Guide clients through technical challenges and provide expert consultation
- Develop and deliver specialized knowledge transfer sessions
- Create and maintain enablement resources to showcase platform value
- Identify opportunities to expand platform usage within client organizations
- Provide product and market feedback to internal teams
- Serve as the escalation point for complex client questions
- Participate in deal team meetings as the technical authority
- Track and analyze client usage patterns to identify value realization opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, client enablement, or solution consulting
- Deep understanding of fintech, SaaS, or financial services markets
- Proven track record of helping clients achieve business outcomes through technology
- Strong consultative and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities
