Responsibilities
- Build high-level rapport with PE Partners, M&A Directors, and C-suite leaders
- Lead onboarding sessions to drive product adoption and user motivation
- Own the end-to-end renewal cycle, including risk detection and commercial negotiation
- Conduct strategic check-ins to uncover advisory mandates and platform upsells
- Design and execute account-level growth strategies using data analysis
- Act as the voice of the customer to align product updates with client needs
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer success
- Background in Financial/Consulting Services, Intelligence, or Enterprise SaaS
- Expertise in consultative/value selling and complex sales processes
- Proven ability to build trust and maintain strong client relationships
- Demonstrated success in achieving performance objectives
- Proficiency in leveraging data analysis for forecasting and opportunity identification
