Responsibilities

  • Build high-level rapport with PE Partners, M&A Directors, and C-suite leaders
  • Lead onboarding sessions to drive product adoption and user motivation
  • Own the end-to-end renewal cycle, including risk detection and commercial negotiation
  • Conduct strategic check-ins to uncover advisory mandates and platform upsells
  • Design and execute account-level growth strategies using data analysis
  • Act as the voice of the customer to align product updates with client needs

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer success
  • Background in Financial/Consulting Services, Intelligence, or Enterprise SaaS
  • Expertise in consultative/value selling and complex sales processes
  • Proven ability to build trust and maintain strong client relationships
  • Demonstrated success in achieving performance objectives
  • Proficiency in leveraging data analysis for forecasting and opportunity identification
