Responsibilities

• Originate domestic and global client relationships
• Build relationships with founders, CFOs, family offices, and intermediaries
• Identify complex cross-border capital challenges
• Work with internal specialists to structure appropriate solutions
• Develop long-term client franchises generating recurring activity
• Represent Interpolitan within professional networks and strategic introductions

Requirements

• Ability to originate relationships with corporates, funds, and family offices
• Commercially driven and performance-oriented mindset
• Comfortable initiating conversations and opening doors
• Strong commercial instinct and personal drive

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in financial services origination, capital markets, or advisory roles
• Experience in recruitment, professional search, or entrepreneurial ventures
• Experience in competitive sales environments
