Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new channel partners in the Service Provider, MSP and/or MSSP community
- Run a targeted "land and expand" sales cycle to select prospective partners
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing channel partners through training and support
- Execute a channel sales strategy to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on go-to-market strategies
- Act as a liaison between the company and channel partners regarding product updates
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in software or technology
- Experience selling to Service Providers, MDR providers, MSPs and/or MSSPs
- Knowledge of the GRC space, cybersecurity, and related technology solutions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through channel partners
- High-level familiarity with service provider business operations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
