Strategic Cell Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic technical operations and DoD acquisition planning to support national security and space defense missions
• Manage program, project, and proposal lifecycles including RFP processes and business operations
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders and participate in cross-functional team meetings
• Support the design and optimization of defense systems to ensure national security

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience with DoD acquisition planning, program, and project management
• 20+ years of experience with RFP processes and FAR compliance
• Experience with Military Communications and Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) technologies
• Active Secret security clearance
• Master's degree
• Completion of PMT 401 Course

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with military C4ISR systems and the DoD acquisition system
• Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) Program Management Level III or higher certification
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
