Strategic Buying Services Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Track and report business-critical project metrics for client operations
• Manage quality cost savings and maintain strong vendor relations
• Conduct RFQs and limited reverse auctions to verify supplier pricing and availability
• Manage supplier performance, identify potential risks, and develop strategic buying plans
• Prepare customized reports and dashboards to support decision-making
• Maintain up-to-date data for use in presentations and reporting

Requirements

• College or university degree
• Proven knowledge and experience in the procurement field
• Experience conducting RFQs and managing vendor relations
• Strong data reporting and analytical skills
• Ability to work self-guided and use deductive reasoning to solve problems
