Strategic Buying Services Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract compliance during the Purchase Order (PO) processing stage
• Conduct RFQ processes and limited reverse auctions to verify supplier pricing and availability
• Act as a point of contact and mentor to resolve complex issues related to PO changes
• Monitor delivery timelines and ensure quality parameters are met
• Track and maintain project metrics and employee performance records
• Execute people management duties for assigned reportees, including performance evaluations and career development guidance
• Assist management with departmental initiatives and process improvement discussions

Requirements

• Proven experience in PO processing and RFQ execution
• Experience conducting reverse auctions
• Demonstrated ability in people management and mentoring
• Proficiency in tracking project metrics and performance data
