About the role
Responsibilities
- Consolidate cross-functional team activities including projects, planning, costs, and risks per commodity.
- Manage team governance, activity calendars, and roadmap reviews.
- Support the deployment of team dashboards and drive the pace of activities.
- Participate in the development of the annual plan and evolution of purchasing strategies.
- Contribute to sourcing activities, manage tenders, and lead contract negotiations to secure optimal purchasing conditions.
- Monitor contracts throughout innovation, development, production, and support phases to ensure compliance with terms and performance standards.
- Manage day-to-day supplier relationships to maximize customer value while minimizing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and risk.
- Lead or participate in multi-functional and multi-divisional teams (MFT/MDT) during tendering and execution phases.
- Contribute to the implementation of digitalized procurement solutions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in management, project management, purchasing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain, preferably within the aerospace industry.
- 4+ years of experience in supplier relationship management or managing external stakeholders.
- Proven experience as an international negotiator with strong commercial, contractual, and legal knowledge.
- Advanced proficiency in English and working knowledge of French.
- Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and intercultural communication skills.
- Ability to work independently within international teams in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
