Responsibilities

• Provide global market insight by monitoring emerging trends, supply chain dynamics, and cost movements.
• Develop and deploy strategic sourcing and category strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage supplier partnerships by negotiating high-value agreements and leading performance reviews.
• Lead contract execution, including supplier contracts, SLAs, and compliance controls.
• Drive value creation through cost savings, innovation opportunities, and productivity improvements.
• Proactively manage supply chain risks and promote high standards in procurement ethics and sustainability.
• Utilize SAP and digital procurement platforms to ensure operational excellence and seamless reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Chemistry, or Economics (MBA is a plus).
• 3+ years of strategic procurement experience, preferably within the chemicals or manufacturing sector.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally SAP.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market signals.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
