Strategic Buyer

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic sourcing plans for the MRO category
• Analyze customer spending and needs to identify improvement opportunities
• Negotiate agreements and contracts to obtain optimal commercial terms
• Manage the entire transaction cycle from demand definition to contract management
• Coordinate strategic procurement activities including RFIs, RFQs, and tenders
• Maintain strong relationships with internal customers and external suppliers
• Monitor market trends and conduct research on new products and services
• Provide management with analysis and reports on achieved savings

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement or a relevant domain
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in data management tools and Office Suite (Excel, Power BI)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Education in business administration, commerce, finance, or engineering
