About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary representative for Baxter within the Private Sector to drive growth in Pharmacy Services.
- Manage and renew private accounts with annualized revenues exceeding $50M.
- Pre-influence tender specifications and develop robust benchmarks to secure business.
- Coordinate P&L responsibilities for all contracts and conduct regular financial and contract compliance reviews.
- Partner with Compounding Unit management to develop and implement new models of care.
- Identify innovative solutions to reduce service costs and expand the scope of compounding contracts.
- Collaborate with Market Access and Marketing teams to identify profitable expansion and portfolio diversification opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for resolving performance challenges or service breaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Science, Commercial, or Medical field.
- 7 to 10 years of operational Sales & Marketing experience within a healthcare company.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
