Strategic Business Development Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy projects from problem definition through analysis and executive recommendation
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in global operations and supply chain networks
• Develop executive-ready deliverables, including presentations, business cases, and strategic roadmaps
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in supply chain, procurement, engineering, and finance to align on strategic priorities
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership
• Support program execution by tracking milestones and managing stakeholder alignment
• Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems
• Proven experience managing projects or workstreams and stakeholder alignment
• Experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an Engagement Manager or equivalent at a top-tier management consulting firm
• Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in strategy roles within the technology, semiconductor, or automotive industries
• Familiarity with supply chain ecosystems (EMS, foundries, OSAT, fabless design, and IDM models)
• Experience with supply chain transformation, network optimization, or digital enablement
• Fluency in Mandarin
