About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a strong partner pipeline by identifying key stakeholders across sales and delivery teams
- Progress opportunities through the pipeline to deliver against revenue targets
- Launch pilot projects and explore new markets and value propositions
- Lead high-impact projects in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Improve sales and delivery workflows and scale partner enablement
- Lead a "train the trainer" approach to empower partners and end customers
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in Salesforce and partner systems
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partner development, or customer-facing roles within the AWS ecosystem
- Proven ability to navigate large, matrixed enterprise organizations
- Familiarity with Salesforce, AWS services, and modern SaaS tech stacks
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity
- Strong analytical capability to identify and solve process gaps
- Methodical organizational and administrative skills
