Strategic Business Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead priority global pitches and new-business pursuits by reframing business challenges with agility and purpose.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite stakeholders, including CMOs, CSOs, and CEOs.
• Codify the Business Transformation (BX) body of work by developing frameworks, points of view, and signature assets.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to drive discovery, user journey mapping, and design for next-generation digital media products.
• Translate complex transformation roadmaps and technical insights into clear strategic narratives for global teams.
• Develop and maintain practice-owned assets, including diagnostic frameworks and published indices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, digital product strategy, or corporate strategy.
• Mastery of structured problem-solving models (e.g., MECE, Issue Trees, SWOT) and change management methodologies.
• Practical understanding of generative AI workflows, algorithmic audience targeting, and predictive analytics.
• Competency in design thinking, rapid prototyping, and collaborating with UX/UI teams.
• Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills to influence high-level stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in marketing attribution models and Media Mix Modelling (MMM).
• University degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Media Studies.
