Strategic Analytics & Insights Business Partner (FMCG)

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and renewals for existing accounts within the Consumer Behavior Insights + Brand (CBI+B) scope
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, identifying new revenue streams and ensuring accurate forecasting
• Develop a deep understanding of customer industries, markets, and business clusters
• Partner with Customer Success and other account leaders to execute Account Plans and Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
• Expand customer networks to identify new budget holders and escalate product needs or market trends
• Collect and analyze Voice of Customer feedback to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of professional experience
• Proven sales expertise and a track record of meeting revenue targets
• Extensive experience working with FMCG clients
• Deep understanding of data analytics products and services, including Brand Health, Segmentation, and Usage & Attitude studies
• Strong knowledge of market trends and their impact on consumer behavior
