Strategic Analyst

Responsibilities

• Curate problem-solving methods and approaches in a central repository to support agency impact
• Conduct research and strategic analysis to identify business innovations and process improvements
• Organize and support stakeholder workshops, meetings, and interviews
• Document and analyze current workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose redesigned procedures
• Maintain a repository of process maps and updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Support delivery of cross-functional initiatives and manage select workstreams
• Develop and maintain project workplans, schedules, and progress dashboards
• Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback to assess initiative adoption

Requirements

• Understanding of structural barriers to participation in local democracy
• Familiarity with public sector, nonprofit, or mission-driven environments
• Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and facilitation skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple responsibilities and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong critical thinking and information synthesis skills
• Proficiency with digital tools such as Office 365
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with people-centered or community-centered design and engagement practices
• Proficiency with Monday.com, Zoom, Miro, and Visio
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in complex stakeholder environments
