Strategic Alliances Partnership Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary program lead for OEM and technology partners, driving engagement and annual joint planning.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding journeys, including technical integration, API alignments, and operational readiness.
• Proactively identify and engage new strategic ISV partners and platform providers to expand the growth portfolio.
• Collaborate with marketing and field teams to execute joint demand-generation campaigns and webinars.
• Design and deliver sales enablement sessions to articulate joint value propositions and drive co-selling opportunities.
• Monitor and report on the operational health and performance of alliance programs using data-driven insights.
• Serve as the internal liaison between alliance partners and cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Finance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working specifically with ISV and cloud software partners.
• Proven track record of building revenue-generating alliances and achieving growth targets.
• Demonstrated experience executing OEM motions within the SaaS/ISV space.
• Deep domain knowledge of identity, security, infrastructure, and SaaS products.
• Seasoned understanding of the India and Asia partner ecosystems, including VARs, SIs, and MSPs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth SaaS environment.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter in a remote-first environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
