Strategic Alliances Manager, EMEA

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary alliance lead for the Europe and Middle East markets, managing relationships with AWS, Google, and Crowdstrike.
• Cultivate relationships with sales leadership, Account Executives, and Partner Sales Managers to ensure JumpCloud remains a top priority for partner field teams.
• Orchestrate end-to-end co-sell motions and drive Marketplace utilization to accelerate deal velocity and hit joint revenue targets.
• Design and deliver tailored enablement sessions for partner-facing teams to articulate the JumpCloud value proposition.
• Act as the liaison between the partner ecosystem and internal Commercial, Enterprise, and VAR teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
• Identify and support GTM motions for strategic ISV partners that complement the existing portfolio.
• Collaborate on strategic lead-generation activities with hyperscaler marketing programs to build a scalable pipeline.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working specifically with ISV, Hyperscaler, or cloud software partners.
• Proven track record of building revenue-generating alliances and achieving growth targets with cloud infrastructure providers.
• Deep domain knowledge of identity, security, infrastructure, and SaaS products.
• Seasoned understanding of the EMEA partner ecosystem, including VARs, SIs, and MSPs.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth SaaS environment.
• Experience supporting hyperscaler environments such as AWS, Google, or security ISVs like Crowdstrike.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter in a remote-first environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
