About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of multi-year partner business plans, including strategic solution offerings, investments, and target accounts.
  • Collaborate with GTM and product leadership to drive engagement and create originated and co-sold pipeline with SIs.
  • Selectively recruit, onboard, and develop new SI partners to expand ACV and services revenue.
  • Drive market activation of current and future applications and plays across target industry sectors.
  • Lead stakeholder governance and relationship mapping across Anaplan leadership, partner success, and marketing teams.
  • Monitor and report on business plan goals, risks, and partner success KPIs using data and reporting tools.
  • Align with Industry Partner Sales Directors to provide deal guidance and support partners throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Alliances, or related sales roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling GSI relationships to deliver incremental revenue.
  • Strong knowledge of partner, alliance, and channel go-to-market (GTM) motions.
  • Experience within the finance, supply chain, or sales domains is highly preferred.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
