Responsibilities
- Own executive relationships, joint business planning, and go-to-market execution with assigned alliance partners
- Help partners identify, position, and win strategic workplace technology opportunities
- Create and execute multi-threaded engagement across partner leadership, advisory, transaction management, and workplace strategy teams
- Work cross-functionally with sales, solutions consulting, marketing, partner enablement, and operations
- Deliver partner readiness and build repeatable GTM plays
- Run a disciplined cadence around pipeline inspection, forecasting, and deal acceleration
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling partnerships with Corporate Real Estate (CRE) service providers and system integrators
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations
- Track record of delivering measurable outcomes through large, services-led partners
