Responsibilities

• Own activation and platform success by understanding customer use cases and business objectives
• Build and co-develop custom AI solutions and workflows that drive measurable business impact
• Design and execute activation strategies including champion programs, office hours, and workshops
• Create advocate networks and power user communities within customer organizations
• Facilitate dynamic live and virtual training sessions tailored to diverse audiences
• Build deep relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

Requirements

• At least 9 years of proven track record in customer success and driving measurable adoption
• Deep experience mapping customer workflows and business objectives to platform capabilities
• Proven success implementing activation strategies like champion programs and workshops
• Ability to scope, design, and deliver custom AI solutions and demos
• Strong technical proficiency to communicate complex concepts to varied audiences
• Expertise in delivering instructor-led workshops (virtual and live)
• Strong program management skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise-grade LLMs or generative AI platforms
• Ability to connect platform usage data to articulated ROI and business outcomes
