Responsibilities

• Own activation and platform success by understanding customer use cases, business objectives, and success metrics
• Build and co-develop custom AI solutions with customers to drive measurable business impact
• Design and execute activation strategies including champion programs, office hours, and customized workshops
• Create advocate networks and power user communities within customer organizations
• Facilitate dynamic live and virtual training sessions tailored to diverse audiences
• Build deep relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

Requirements

• At least 9 years of proven track record in customer success and driving measurable adoption
• Deep experience mapping customer workflows and business objectives to platform capabilities
• Proven success implementing activation strategies like champion programs and workshops
• Ability to scope, design, and deliver custom AI solutions and demos
• Strong technical proficiency with the ability to communicate complex concepts to varied audiences
• Expertise in delivering instructor-led workshops (virtual and live)
• Strong program management skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
