About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process and track accurate, timely invoicing across multiple sales verticals
  • Monitor open invoices and payment schedules, leading professional follow-ups on delinquent accounts
  • Partner with Sales Managers to resolve invoice discrepancies and validate commission accuracy
  • Audit insurance documentation and manage proactive renewal tracking
  • Maintain comprehensive invoice logs, payment dashboards, and commission records
  • Facilitate the new client onboarding process by collecting documentation and setting up account data
  • Provide high-level administrative support to multiple sales managers
  • Maintain organized and compliant digital filing systems
  • Flag inconsistencies in financial or account data and lead the resolution process
  • Act as the primary administrative point of contact for clients regarding invoicing and onboarding

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, operations, billing, or finance support
  • Experience in invoicing, collections, insurance verification, or compliance
  • Experience supporting sales teams, sales operations, or revenue operations
  • Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Proficiency with invoice systems such as QuickBooks or NetSuite
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume details and multitask across multiple managers
