About the role
Responsibilities
- Process and track accurate, timely invoicing across multiple sales verticals
- Monitor open invoices and payment schedules, leading professional follow-ups on delinquent accounts
- Partner with Sales Managers to resolve invoice discrepancies and validate commission accuracy
- Audit insurance documentation and manage proactive renewal tracking
- Maintain comprehensive invoice logs, payment dashboards, and commission records
- Facilitate the new client onboarding process by collecting documentation and setting up account data
- Provide high-level administrative support to multiple sales managers
- Maintain organized and compliant digital filing systems
- Flag inconsistencies in financial or account data and lead the resolution process
- Act as the primary administrative point of contact for clients regarding invoicing and onboarding
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, operations, billing, or finance support
- Experience in invoicing, collections, insurance verification, or compliance
- Experience supporting sales teams, sales operations, or revenue operations
- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Proficiency with invoice systems such as QuickBooks or NetSuite
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Ability to manage high-volume details and multitask across multiple managers
