Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with banks, credit unions, and financial institutions within assigned regional territories
- Create strategic referral and origination partnerships with depository institutions
- Position non-Agency and Jumbo wholesale lending solutions to partners
- Drive consistent loan production growth within the assigned territory
- Educate partners on lending solutions for underserved borrower scenarios
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and relationship management
- Background in institutional lending or wholesale mortgage sales
- Ability to perform consultative sales within the financial services sector
- Strong business development skills
