About the role

About the Company

Raylu is the AI-native deal origination platform for private markets. Today, 50+ funds representing more than $500B in AUM use Raylu to see more deals, reach more founders, and make sharper decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive full-platform adoption by identifying high-value capabilities for each account
  • Partner directly with leading private-market investors to make Raylu mission-critical to their sourcing workflows
  • Act as the voice of the customer to the product team to shape the product roadmap

Requirements

  • 3–5 years managing enterprise customer relationships
  • Proven track record of hitting retention and expansion targets
  • Fluency in private markets, fund structures, and investor sourcing workflows
  • Technical acumen to master an AI-native product and engage with technical users
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in fintech, private markets, or financial data
