About the role
Responsibilities
- Run proactive outbound sales motions to upsell revenue through product adoption and optimisation
- Develop robust monthly action plans for a portfolio based on account performance goals
- Conduct internal investigations to resolve inbound issues and remove blockers to trade growth
- Build high-trust, credible relationships through frequent touchpoints and strategic support
Requirements
- Commercial experience managing a book of revenue with a track record of driving results
- Hybrid hunter/farmer mindset motivated by short-term targets and long-term value
- Strong sense of ownership over portfolio performance and commercial outcomes
- Proficiency using CRM and AI tools
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
