About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding through use case ideation workshops and project roadmaps
- Guide adoption via enablement sessions and executive briefings like Quarterly Business Reviews
- Build trusted relationships with business executives and analytics teams
- Own customer renewals and drive expansion opportunities to deliver strong Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- Identify and address retention risks with tailored solutions
- Collaborate with sales on expansion strategies, upselling modules and features
- Act as a customer advocate by sharing feedback with product and engineering teams
- Monitor usage analytics and success metrics to track engagement and satisfaction
- Document customer activities, use cases, and success stories
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, strategy, or analytics consulting
- Proven track record managing multiple enterprise or mid-market accounts
- Demonstrated ability to drive account expansion through cross-sell and upsell strategies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and project/program management skills
- Experience leading large-scale technology or analytics transformation initiatives
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS analytics, BI, or data/AI space
- Strong understanding of modern data stacks and enterprise analytics workflows
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts such as star schema and snowflake schema
- Experience working with semantic layers and business-friendly data models
- Demonstrated success in a high-growth startup environment
