About the role

Responsibilities

  • Implement the North American strategy and roadmap to grow business within the lifestyle and department store channel
  • Achieve sales goals, margin targets, and sell-through for accounts
  • Identify opportunities to improve brand presence, expand assortment, and drive sell-through in-store and online
  • Partner with leadership to explore and identify new channel opportunities
  • Ensure accurate and timely forecasting and collaborate with Demand and Supply Planning teams
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Consumer Experience teams to elevate brand presence and activations

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of direct sales experience in Consumer Goods
  • Experience working with JD Sports, Nordstrom, and Dillard’s
  • Strong knowledge of retail analytics, buying, planning, or key account sales
  • Experience with high-capacity, multi-channel National retailers in Athletic Specialty and Department Stores
  • Proficiency in forecasting and order book management
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • Experience presenting to internal and external collaborators at all levels
  • Ability to lead and track a budget
