About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement the North American strategy and roadmap to grow business within the lifestyle and department store channel
- Achieve sales goals, margin targets, and sell-through for accounts
- Identify opportunities to improve brand presence, expand assortment, and drive sell-through in-store and online
- Partner with leadership to explore and identify new channel opportunities
- Ensure accurate and timely forecasting and collaborate with Demand and Supply Planning teams
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Consumer Experience teams to elevate brand presence and activations
Requirements
- 7-10 years of direct sales experience in Consumer Goods
- Experience working with JD Sports, Nordstrom, and Dillard’s
- Strong knowledge of retail analytics, buying, planning, or key account sales
- Experience with high-capacity, multi-channel National retailers in Athletic Specialty and Department Stores
- Proficiency in forecasting and order book management
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Experience presenting to internal and external collaborators at all levels
- Ability to lead and track a budget
