About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build strategic partnerships by acting as a trusted advisor and immersing yourself in the customer’s business to co-develop solutions.
  • Lead commercial strategy by designing and executing data-driven commercial strategies and predictive models to forecast opportunities.
  • Manage executive stakeholders by engaging board-level executives and nurturing multi-threaded relationships across complex global organizations.
  • Orchestrate global resources by leading internal teams aligned to the account and shaping governance models.
  • Influence industry direction by aligning customer transformation needs with internal product roadmaps and strategic vision.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic sales or account management.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex global B2B software or technology accounts.
  • High proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and building data-driven commercial strategies.
  • Outstanding executive presence with the ability to influence decisions at the board level.
  • A visionary, consultative mindset focused on long-term planning and delivering measurable business value.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to lead through influence and navigate ambiguity.
