About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive ResMed brand prescriptions and identify new referral opportunities to increase the patient funnel
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including physicians and sleep labs, to establish ResMed as the clinical preference
- Analyze client and patient needs to implement ResMed solutions throughout the entire patient journey
- Plan and execute strategic marketing and positioning plans with specialists to drive product adoption
- Collaborate with internal support teams using CRM systems to manage the sales process and long-term implementation
- Act as a subject matter expert on the broad portfolio of ResMed products and solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven track record in medical device, B2B, or B2C sales environments
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM platforms
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret reports to increase market share
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory as necessary to achieve results
