About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of existing customer accounts within the assigned portfolio to ensure high retention.
  • Achieve and maintain a minimum customer retention rate of 85% across the account base.
  • Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities for D&B products, including ESG Reports and D-U-N-S Registered offerings.
  • Conduct periodic meetings with senior stakeholders, including CXOs, CFOs, and Managing Directors, to strengthen relationships.
  • Classify accounts based on risk profiles and develop targeted sales and revenue strategies.
  • Manage account receivables and ensure timely collection of required documentation and outstanding payments.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery and meet customer service expectations.
  • Maintain accurate client data and regular sales forecasts within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • MBA in Finance or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in corporate client relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of trade finance and various banking products.
  • Experience in credit ratings, consulting, or advisory roles.
  • Strong business acumen and deep understanding of current market trends.
