About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead executive-level growth conversations focused on expansion, performance, and profitability for a portfolio of enterprise partners
  • Introduce and execute new product opportunities to deepen partnerships and unlock new revenue streams
  • Diagnose partner needs, prioritize opportunities by business impact, and co-create solutions that drive measurable results
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio, owning issue resolution and partner satisfaction end to end
  • Build trusted relationships with partner leaders across C-suite, strategy, marketing, and operations
  • Run quarterly business reviews to align on performance, insights, and forward plans
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Pricing to remove roadblocks and deliver a high-quality experience

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales or account management role
  • Proven experience partnering cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams
  • Strong track record of building and sustaining long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset with a strong bias toward action and follow-through
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
