About the role

Responsibilities

  • Educate and recruit Strategic Accounts and Lab Partners to utilize Natera’s women’s health portfolio of tests
  • Become a subject matter expert in Natera’s technology and service offerings for KOL physicians, Medical Directors, and Hospital Administrators
  • Develop relationships within OBGYN residency and MFM fellowship programs
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement EMR and UX tools
  • Develop and implement business plans aligned with sales goals and regional strategies
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Field Specialist team to maximize business opportunities
  • Formulate and execute strategies based on market assessments and industry trends
  • Maintain current status on all Natera training requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of physician sales experience in the diagnostic laboratory industry
  • At least 3 years of successful strategic sales or consulting experience in the diagnostic laboratory field
  • Demonstrated success in developing new markets and launching new products
  • Ability to travel 50-60%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within a genetics laboratory
  • Market knowledge and experience in reproductive health
