About the role
Responsibilities
- Educate and recruit Strategic Accounts and Lab Partners to utilize Natera’s women’s health portfolio of tests
- Become a subject matter expert in Natera’s technology and service offerings for KOL physicians, Medical Directors, and Hospital Administrators
- Develop relationships within OBGYN residency and MFM fellowship programs
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement EMR and UX tools
- Develop and implement business plans aligned with sales goals and regional strategies
- Collaborate with the Clinical Field Specialist team to maximize business opportunities
- Formulate and execute strategies based on market assessments and industry trends
- Maintain current status on all Natera training requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of physician sales experience in the diagnostic laboratory industry
- At least 3 years of successful strategic sales or consulting experience in the diagnostic laboratory field
- Demonstrated success in developing new markets and launching new products
- Ability to travel 50-60%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within a genetics laboratory
- Market knowledge and experience in reproductive health
