About the Company
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol that builds an open credit network, providing anyone, anywhere, access to the best borrowing and lending terms on-chain. Morpho is scaling its team to establish itself as the global open credit network.
Responsibilities
- Map account org charts, identify key decision-makers, and build trusted relationships
- Lead recurring meetings and run quarterly business reviews tracking adoption metrics
- Drive growth of live integrations through marketing, UX improvements, and asset coverage
- Expand accounts into new Morpho products by understanding their roadmaps and making the case for new integrations
- Act as a forward-deployed PM and the strategic customer's voice inside Morpho
- Partner with Product teams to translate security, compliance, and performance requirements into roadmap inputs
Requirements
- Track record of growing strategic enterprise accounts into multi-product expansions
- Experience in category-defining infrastructure or fintech companies
- Strong ability to navigate large, complex organizations and earn trust
- Genuine product sense and ability to make data-backed cases for product builds
- Comfort with enterprise contracts including SLAs, indemnification, and compliance
- Product fluency with blockchain infrastructure (APIs, smart contracts, custody, liquidation, oracles)
- Ability to run business reviews and quantify retention and expansion

- Experience working in high-growth, nascent markets with high uncertainty
