About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive new account development and expand existing business through B2B sales of software licensing, appliances, and services
- Develop and implement specific customer account and opportunity plans in support of company goals and quota objectives
- Engage sales resources, including SE, Channel, Solutions Sales teams, and Executives, to implement account plans
- Manage the full sales process from lead development to closing deals using complex go-to-market strategies
- Utilize CRM systems effectively for the development, management, and closure of forecasted opportunities
- Negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management to drive revenue
Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional sales experience
- Proven track record of managing and closing pipelines and accurately forecasting revenue
- Experience navigating and executing complex sales processes
- Ability to develop and implement strategic customer account plans
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage sales activities
- Strong "hunter" mentality with a focus on identifying and cultivating new business
