About the role

About the Company

Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive-scale compute infrastructure for AI. The company acquires power, designs and builds data centers, and operates them with teams spanning hardware and software to accelerate the deployment of frontier AI models.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single accountable point of contact for assigned customers across the full engagement lifecycle.
  • Build executive-level customer relationships and provide a unified interface for clients.
  • Orchestrate internal teams across IT procurement, engineering, infrastructure supply chain, and construction.
  • Own end-to-end program reporting from purchase order through final commissioning.
  • Identify schedule risks, supply chain disruptions, and resource gaps to drive mitigation.
  • Run quarterly business reviews with clients and integrate Voice of Customer feedback into operations.

Requirements

  • Experience owning strategic accounts, programs, or client success in data center or critical infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to manage complex multi-phase engagements from procurement through commissioning.
  • Experience orchestrating large matrixed internal organizations and removing blockers.
  • Ability to translate technical progress across engineering and construction into executive reporting.
  • Proficiency in reading design intent, specs, and deployment dependencies.
  • Experience building dashboards and trackers to maintain engagement visibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with hyperscale or AI infrastructure deployments.
  • Knowledge of direct liquid cooling or high-density builds.
  • Account management experience at a data center OEM, integrator, or colocation provider.
