About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and convert net new clients across priority industries
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close
  • Identify expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities within existing strategic accounts
  • Build focused account growth plans to increase share of wallet
  • Strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Lead consultative, value-led commercial conversations to solve client challenges
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate forecasting using Salesforce

Requirements

  • Current Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, or comparable internal sales professional
  • Proven record of commercial delivery and sales capability
  • Strong commercial acumen and growth orientation
  • Experience engaging senior client stakeholders in strategic conversations
  • Proficiency using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong collaboration skills across sales, solutions, and delivery teams
