About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead new customer acquisition initiatives and business development within the designated territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and C-level executives
  • Sign MOUs for services including self-ratings, corporate profiling, and business information reports
  • Organize theme-based events to engage CXO and CFO level contacts
  • Liaise with operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery and meet customer service expectations
  • Maintain accurate client contact data and provide regular progress reviews and forecasting reports to management
  • Ensure strict process adherence and timely, error-free delivery of all projects

Requirements

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in new business development
  • Proven experience in B2B sales managing relationships with C-Level executives
  • Demonstrated success in closing sales within the mid and large-corporate segments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data hygiene and reporting
  • Excellent communication and probing skills
  • Strong client orientation with the ability to exceed expectations
  • Willingness to work onsite from the office five days a week
