About the role
Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of existing corporate accounts to ensure high retention rates of 85% and above
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through periodic meetings and courtesy visits
- Drive revenue growth by upselling ESG reports, D-U-N-S registered services, and market research opportunities
- Identify and sign MOUs for corporate profiling, sectoral study reports, and business information reports
- Manage accounts receivable within assigned regions and ensure timely renewals of all existing accounts
- Liaise with operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery and adherence to service level expectations
- Maintain accurate client data and provide regular sales activity, progress, and forecasting reports
Requirements
- Graduate or Post-Graduate degree
- 5+ years of experience in business development
- Strong knowledge of local commercial and industrial belts
- Ability to comprehend and analyze financial statements
- Excellent verbal and written business communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Willingness to travel beyond city limits for business purposes
