About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive new customer acquisition within the assigned territory and manage existing accounts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with CXO and CFO-level stakeholders to promote ESG offerings, including sustainability reports and carbon accounting.
  • Take complete ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to the delivery of final service offerings.
  • Organize theme-based events to engage high-level contacts as part of the acquisition strategy.
  • Ensure timely renewal of existing accounts and identify cross-selling or upgrading opportunities.
  • Manage accounts receivables within the respective region and ensure process adherence for error-free project delivery.
  • Liaise with operations teams to ensure service expectations are met and maintain client data hygiene.
  • Provide regular industry updates and maintain constant customer relationships through courtesy meetings.

Requirements

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate degree with 5+ years of experience in business development.
  • Strong knowledge of local commercial and industrial belts.
  • Ability to comprehend and analyze financial statements.
  • Excellent business communication and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Willingness to travel beyond city limits to support business interests.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide value-added insights.
